The Coach’s primary attention is to strengthen the client’s wisdom, thought processes, and directed action toward the future, based on the client’s self-identified agenda. A supportive and non-judgmental environment is created in which to inquire, challenge, and stimulate critical thinking and new ways of being, thinking, and acting, often resulting in new behaviors applicable to the client’s whole life.
We prefer coaching sessions to be outdoors since nature generates relaxation and visual enjoyment. Numerous scientific researches demonstrate that these aspects positively impact our well-being. Nature is considered a mere container and background of experience and not an active subject, alive and participating in the coaching relationship, therefore it is not a mandatory location only a preferred one
Indoor locations is a convenient options since some sessions may take place during office hours. Meeting rooms or offices would be ideal as long it’s a safe place for the client to speak freely. In all cases the location must be a safe environment to have an uninterrupted coaching session.
Due to the global nature of entrepreneurship and our respect to our client’s value of time, we work with many clients through online video calls or phone calls so they can receive coaching sessions in the privacy and comfort of their workplace, home or hotel room.
Hassan is a Leadership Coach with a firm believe that every person can become a leader! A leader in their personal life and career. Hassan coaches in Arabic and English and his mission is to help leaders be more successful, influential and happier. His clients experience amazing improvements in their productivity, motivation, leadership skills, flexibility, goal achievement, creativity, stress reduction, and work/life balance.
Hassan graduated from Concordia University, Montreal and started his career in Finance. His experience in Finance led him to believe that people must be the focus of organizations since their performance will determine the financial results. This paradigm shift motivated Hassan to complete a L&D diploma from the CIPD as well as becoming an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation( ICF). This helped Hassan transition to a leadership role in Talent Management where he led multiple projects to create a learning culture. Throughout his career Hassan played a leading role in driving change, Hassan was Vice President in several committees such as; Organizational Development Committee and the Positivity & Happiness Committee which were chaired by the CEO. During these assignments, Hassan and his team were responsible for major successful projects. The secret ingredient in these projects was to use coaching conversations and interventions to support different teams in producing their own solutions and feel empowered and motivated.
Hassan is currently a member of LeadershipWorks International, he is the Arabic Program Director responsible for training aspiring coaches and Leaders to develop their coaching skills, the programs are approved and accredited by the ICF. Hassan is also the founder of The Coaching Talks and DaribnyOnline training platform which aims to be the largest Arabic training platform in the world. Hassan is a co-author working on his break-out book which will be focused on helping aspiring coaches to develop their coaching skills.
